I've been with Midgett Insurance for now 30 years,ive only had 3 or 4 claims. each time my then agent was there,in person to answer any and all questions. Sure there are cheaper ones out there, but you get what you pay for. My current agent Madeline Land, has been available any time i need to ask something. A few years back my wife was in an accident,not her fault. The at-fault drivers insurance company(cut-rate ) wouldnt return my calls, Madeline told me not to worry, she would handle it. within 20 minutes, the other agent called me, rental car waiting. When my roof was damaged during a storm, she had an adjuster there in 24 hrs, and work began in 48 hours. The whole staff is top-notch, and its a real hometown feeling whenever i go in there.
